Lars Andersen is Master of Science in Economics and has been employed in the ECLM since 1986. In 1994 he replaced the former Minister of taxation Carsten Koch as the managing director of ECLM.

Signe Hansen is Master of Science in Economics. She has taken parts of the economic master degree at American University in Washington DC in USA and University of Hyderabad in India.

Signe works with the analysis of international economics and the development in growth, prosperity and welfare in Europe. Signe is also responsible for the institute’s international model HEIMDAL. Signe participates in several international networks. She produces analysis and reports to the European network ELNEP, the European think tank FEPS and the European Socialist Party PES.
